The ancient Indian practice of Yoga has proven itself to be timeless in its benefits. Often misunderstood as merely a form of exercise, Yoga goes beyond the mat - it is a choice of lifestyle. From what you eat, to what you think, everything has an effect on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. With the increasing need to balance these aspects of our personality complex, we are ecstatic to bring to you personalized Yoga sessions conducted by a certified Yoga instructor.

Vallari, founder of The Little Miss Swiss, completed her teachers training course from the oldest Yoga institute in the world and is now committed to lead more people on the yogic path.

The Yoga classes include Asana (postures), Pranayam (controlled breathing exercises), Relaxation, Meditation, Shuddhi Kriya (body purification techniques) and Yogic diet.

We specialize in Yoga as a preventive practice and as a health restoration modality with courses designed to treat lower back pain (lbp), manage diabetes, weight loss, flexibility training, strength building, dealing with chronic pain and stress.​ 

Currently we conduct classes (online and offline) in Geneva, Zürich, London, Mumbai and Ahmedabad for students across age groups & genders.

Certifications

  • RYT (200 hours) certified by The Yoga Institute (Mumbai, India) - affiliated to the Yoga Alliance

  • Coursera certified for Engineering Health - Yoga and Physiology
